When I used Marshall Movers the movers were fine. The one thing was that the company was misleading about the price. They told me the price for one hour, I finished the move in 45 minutes, and then they told me that they had to charge a minimum of 2 hours. They told me the price for one hour, because I knew that I had a small move, and really didn't advertise the fact that they had a minimum charge.
Other than that the process was fine. I had absolutely no problem with the movers. In fact, the driver even helped my mother move some stuff around, which wasn't part of the requirements, so that was nice. Because I finished my move so quickly and got charged for two hours I feel that I paid a lot more than I should have.
