My dogs have been to Aspen Grove twice for week long visits while we were on vacations. The kennel workers are very nice, courteous, helpful, appear to enjoy interacting with the different dogs, and very polite answering questions. The office area is neat and smells pleasant. Negatives for me that may not matter to you: the owner's customer service skills have been nonexistent on the four visits I have made for drop-offs/pickups. I have seen it with other customers also as I waited for my dogs so I am not taking it personally. But for that much money she should be customer service to the max! I mean a pleasant tone and a smile won't kill ya! The staff does not answer the phone so I had to leave messages to check on our dogs. Someone did call back but it is inconvenient. They do not answer during their office hours either. Their voicemail says they do it so they can provide optimum care for your pets which is what you do want after all. Make reservations early. Your dogs will have a blast!
