Called them out to quote on a repair for the water dispenser in my fridge. While in the end the repair was completed, the repair guy was constantly misplacing things. Had to find him a washer to replace one he lost. He kept putting screws back in the wrong place and attempting to re-assemble the fridge bits in the wrong order. All in all, if he didn't charge for all the extra time it took to fix all the mis-steps, it would have been okay. But I ended up paying for two hours of work for a job that should have taken 45 minutes. When I mentioned that to him, he didn't acknowledge it. Just ran my card. I will not be using them again.
