I was hoping for professionals who would more my items with care, but they broken several items, went 2 hours over the estimated time and even over billed me at the end by an additional half hour. Now they are refusing to issue a refund even though I have paperwork stating they left earlier than the time we were billed for. The crew was very unprofessional and moved extremely slow, taking several 10-15 minute breaks throughout the day when we were paying by the hour. On top of it all, they didn't even put the boxes in the specific rooms, they left them all in my garage. Other than the initial calls to book All My Sons the customer service was terrible. I would strongly caution anyone using All My Sons in the Richmond area against it. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to get a refund that I have documentation about and I have still not heard from the company regarding a settlement.
