When I walked in, the receptionist knew me by my first name, asked if she could get me anything, and had me wait for all of 30 seconds in the lobby while the hygenist came to get me. The hygenist remembered that my wife and I had a kid in-between visits, and asked about that before anything else. Everyone is so personable and relaxed; I couldn't think of a better atmosphere for a dentist's office.
