I showed up on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, needing an oil change. I was taken right away. I was even walked under my car and shown a few things that needed repair. I was seeing it for my own eyes, not just hearing it from a mechanic. No one has ever done that before. I was impressed because no one was trying to upsell me. I was just shown what was going on and given a timeframe as to when I should take care of it so I wouldn't take the chance of getting stranded somewhere.
