I fear auto repair shop; I hear a lot of horror stories, especially where women are concern. But I need repairs and this is my first experience with Bill's Quality Auto Care Shop. I first spoke to Bill?s assistance Bob two week ago and he was very polite having a business mannerism. He answers all my questions over the phone. This was a research call for auto repairs. My second experience was in person. I took my automotive repair insurance paperwork over to Bill?s. Again I spoke to Bob. I relay my concerns and possible repair my car may need, with a description of the problem I was having with my car. I needed to know if my policy covers such repairs. Bob look over the policy. I also mention my financial situation to keep within a budget and he gave me an estimated cost. (I surely hope they keep within this amount) I ask plenty of questions and he answers all of them. So far everything seems ok. My third experience was physically taking in my car into Bill?s for repairs. But before any diagnostic can be done I had a problem that was not part of Bill?s repairs job. My car had been park for sometime and the couple of tire where completely flat. Once again Bob assure me they will resolve the tire problem by taking it over to American Tire Company at no extra cost to me. (Lucky, I have tire insurance with American?s Tire and now this is up to American tires) I only need to pay for the replacement tire if needed accord to tire insurance policy, Wow what a relief for me. I hope my conclusion match my first impression after the repairs is done to my car. This is part 1 of my evaluation. I will give you a full report after I get my car back and then I examine my car and drive it around for awhile. Then I will finish my report. So far my first impression has been a magnificent one.
