Tried to order a flower arrangement for sameday service, but was out material to fill the order. Agreed to wait one day for delivery of what was ordered. Upon delivery, the vase the flower arrangement was in, was broken and leaking water all over. After a call to the store it was then picked up and returned to be "fixed". The next delivery was received minus some material that is shown to be in the picture and was included in the first delivery. Again a call was made in disappointment to the store to explain the situation. A small credit was offered, compared to what was spent, in compensation. I understand things happen, but what makes a company great is how they handle those situations when they come up. I believe customer service is huge in this economy. Think twice before spending your money here. Pros: Flowers good Cons: Customer service more
