Contacted All Appliance via email and received very prompt callback. Explained problem with Maytag washer. While washer could have been repaired, Steve explained the $$$ spent on repair would be better spent on a replacement. Previous repair "masters" just changed parts until they got lucky. With All Appliance I got an honest estimate, not a dollar estimate.
