Review May 3, 2010: I have been going to Robert Andrew since I moved to Maryland in 1997. I am so sorry to say that I will never be returning there except for my regularly scheduled hair cuts with Lisa, who by the way is FANTASIC!! This latest lack of response or concern on Robert Andrew’s part has completely turned me away from spending another penny there and over the years I’ve spent Millions of pennies! I am an extremely busy professional who requires weeks in advance to schedule any outside personal services. I scheduled my hair appointment with Lisa weeks in advance and re-arranged my works schedule so that I could be there for my 4PM appointment. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment had been changed for me to see someone else. I asked why this was done as I have never seen anyone but Lisa for the past 13 years. The young woman stated that for some reason they bumped my appointment and gave it to someone else. The spa coordinator came over to tell me that Lisa could fit me in at 6:30PM if I wanted to wait. I told her no that I would just need to re-schedule. When I came to work the following day I sent an e-mail stating my concerns. I received no response. I then went in and responded to their comments section, again no response. When I went into see Lisa at my newly re-scheduled appointment she greatly apologized, however it wasn’t her fault at all. I told her I had sent 2 comments concerning my bad experience and no one had contacted me. She said she would pass this information on and have someone get back with me. Well that was 4 weeks ago and still no call! I had some spa appointments scheduled for May which I cancelled and have decided that I will only go there for my hair. I feel I’ve been a very loyal customer over the years and at the very least deserve a personal phone call apologizing for their error. My feeling is that if I would have cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours I would have been charged for their inconvenience.
