Me and my gf went and got a couples massage during one of their "sale weeks". Our technicians were amazing, they catered to our needs and made us feel comfortable even though it was both of our first times.
My gf gets her hair done by Justin and it always looks great!
If you are concerned about the price they have 20% off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. And they also have 4 "sale weeks" a year which are 25% off. Still a little pricey but not much worse than any where else that offers the same services.
By the way the Spa by Mitchell's is not affiliated with Mitchell's Hairstyling. Mitchell's hairstyling was bought out by Regis, they also do not have the same customer service that the spa does (probably because it's a bigger business).
Pros: Great technicians, good customer service, good discounts!
Cons: A little pricey, but worth it.
