The service at Camelot is decent, people interaction is great. I had asked for a trim and realized that about 4-5 inches of my hair was cut off. Went home semi-ok with. Washed my hair the next day and then realized that the back of my hair was very crooked. It looked like a W. I went back and requested that they fix it . When I got there, the hairstlist did not even apologize and literally took her scissors and just chopped off the back. It was done in 2 min. Later on, I realized that my hair was STILL crooked and looked worse than before and I was actually having random people come up to me saying that my hair was not right in the back. I ended up going to my old salon so it can get fixed properly.
Will not be going back for any other services.
