When I picked out my furniture in Mid April I was told I couldn't even get my furniture until September (5 months later!!!) When leaving a sales person asked why we changed out minds, and we told her because we didn't want to wait 5 months for our furniture. She looked into the computer and the man had made a mistake and all of my furniture could be there in one week. When my furniure finally arrived they forgot the mattress to bed when I called to find out where it was, they told me they didn't know and would have to call me the next day. After not hearing from them all morning, I called them and was told I would have to wait an additional week for my mattress. I told them this was not my fault and they said "oh well, this is the next delivery date we could fine" It's awful customer service for people who forget things you purchased and don't try to help you out to make their customers hapy.!!!!
