Had a GREAT experience with this company. Jack's is one company that isn't outsourcing it to some country on the other side of the planet. You can call 24 hours a day and get a live voice, a live AMERICAN voice. I had a problem with my picture window - a kid in our neighborhood threw a rock at it and it cracked - and they came out, free of charge, and replaced it. They even replaced the screens after the recent storm that we had. I've had them for almost a year now, and I do not regret my decision. I am already saving a lot of money on my heating/cooling. My old windows had big gaps in them. I think that the news windows will be paid off from energy savings and the tax credit in the next couple of years, and I can actually set my thermostat at 70 degrees!!! Only complaint is that the installers forgot to caulk the inside of one of the windows, but they came back out within the week. Call them.
