Purchased a new 2010 F-150 Lariat from Apple Ford. While waxing the truck at home, I found pre-existing paint chips with rust down to the metal. Took the truck back to the dealership,and the service guy had me take it to a body shop for appraisal. After the estimate was prepared, Apple Ford refused to have the necessary repairs made. Unfortunately, I had not noticed the damage prior to the sale due to the location on the roof. Who asks for a ladder to see the roof when they are buying a truck? Honestly, they would have laughted at me and thought I was crazy if I had even asked!!!! Anyway, neither corporate Ford nor the president of Apple Ford cares to rectify this situation. The president won't even respond to the letter and pictures I sent him, won't respond to my multiple voicemails, and won't return any of my calls. This dealership wants your money, but will ignore you after the deal has been finalized.
