Once upon a time there was a very sad girl! :( Her two front bottom teeth were about to come loose, the gums were falling down. Thankfully there was a magician in town who promised to fix the problem. Dr. Pagano waved his magic wand and with the help of some very nice, pretty fairies cut and stitched up her gums...all with NO pain or discomfort. In a few weeks time her teeth were saved and her gums were back where they should be. All because of Dr. Pagano and his wonderful fairy helpers. The girl is as happy as can be!!
