Dr Dazen is a great vet - I have been taking my bird there for ages. He is very knowledgeable, and I am comforted that he is *Avian Board Certified* - there are only something like 85 board certified avian vets in the country, although there are a lot of vets that call themselves "avian vets". Dr. Dazen is a hard-core, scientific vet, but is also lovely when he handles your animals. Dr. Kupersmith, the other vet there, is also very good - kind, understanding and knowledgeable. \r

My only complain is the front desk staff are all uniformly miserable. If they smiled their faces would crack. They always make me feel like I am bothering them, even when I just arrive for my appointment and sign in. They never greet you, never thank you, and just look like they are bored, tired and unhappy to be there. Joanne, the office manager, is the only exception to this.
