I had always thought that a quesadilla was a quesadilla; and that you couldn't do anything to make a quesadilla extraordinary. Well, I stand corrected and duly humbled. The Picadillo Quesadilla at Zapata is simply amazing. And the Pescada Quinta Roo (the red snapper filet in a chipotle mango sauce) will teach you what ""awesome"" really means! I have eaten here several times now; and have always been enraptured with the food. Try their hearty sopes too!
Pros: Even basic items like quesadillas are just extraordinary!
