My husband is a HUGE hot dog fanatic, me not so much. Yet, we both love going to the Good Dog. The hot dogs are excellent (vegetarian ""dogs"" are available) and the trimmings even better. The chili and slaw are both flawless. Homemade varieties of ketchup and an herb/spice mix in shakers on the tables for the fries that is absolute heaven. The fries themselves, crispy, tender little bites of heaven. Even better than the awesome food, the restaurant is funky and environmentally friendly. They got really creative in recycling. Every time I go there I find something new to delight to eye. The owner is almost always on premises and just couldn't be any nicer. She does a great job of hiring and training staff. All in all, the place is one of my fav places to be in Chattanooga.
