I went in to have a color correction after I tried to use box color and thought I would like to go dark, well I didn't realize that noir brown was BLACK!!!! Yeah I guess I was having a blonde moment at the time but I was in tears when I was done so a friend recommended Jessica and I WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO impressed that she was so dedicated to making sure I was happy before I left, she spend HOURS correcting my color and then cut and styled my hair, I felt BEAUTIFUL when I left!!!! Thank you Jessica!!!!
