Cleaning team arrived about 5 minutes before scheduled time and thoroughly explained and demonstrated the cleaning process. They were very courteous and readily answer all my questions. The process is totally different from the old soap and high pressure water method. They hand scrubbed all spots and heavy traffic area before doing the complete area. Great results. My carpet looks and feels like new.
