I contacted John about a custom frag tank to tie into my 150 gallon show tank's sump. He was very fast to respond and give a very reasonable quote and suggested a couple of things about the construction I hadn't thought about. The turn around time was only 2 days and since he lives near me he offered to deliver it when I asked if I could pick it up (in Anaheim).
I am VERY pleased with the job he did and extra service he gave me. I will do much more business with him in the future.
