Been a long time follower of this place as I've been thinking about renting bikes from them for quite awhile. Walked in to see if they carried protective gear - helmets, knee pads, etc. Upon asking the nearest sales rep for help, was told I ""need to get the *uck out this store.""\r

Spoke to the owner over the phone and was told the guy had a seizure and didn't know what he had said but still not stepping foot in this place again.
