Antidote is an outstanding coffee house in the Heights with great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Above and beyond that is the quality of the coffee they serve. Everything tastes excellent and I highly recommend the Cajeta Latte. It's made with Mexican Cajeta (similar to caramel) and Goats milk. It's a little similar to a Caramel Macchiato but not the exact same. It has a richer taste and may be a little bit sweeter.
The espresso shots they pull are right on the money and the customer service is always excellent. Everyone is friendly and ready to help you out. The shop itself is great and cozy with a few couches and other seating inside and out. Besides the coffee they also have a unique selection of beers to choose from.
I think the only bad thing about this place is the parking. I have headed over there only to find no place to park and so I have to leave. I've made unplanned stops there just because I was driving by and noticed an empty space.
All in all Antidote is well worth the visit and I'm sure you will find something you like. The prices are right and the portions are great!
