My Mom suffers from macular degeneration and needed a special low vision device to help her function. The retinal specialist said that the 2 choices in Cincinnati were either the low vision clinic at the Cinti Assoc for the Blind or Dr. Winkler's office. I opted for a private practice (Dr. Winkler) vs. the institutional setting of the Blind association, and it worked out great. My Mom can read her Bible and the newspaper again.
