While I have had no interaction with the staff that picks up, the customer service staff is unbelievable.
Their billing process doesn't appear to have changed since 1970. They like checks, but have lost 2, forced me to provide proof of payment, only to ""find"" the checks and double bill me.
I relocated temporarily and wanted them to forward my bill and the service person became what sounded almost hysterical and asked me repeatedly if I was sure I am going to continue to pay them! I have not missed a payment in 5 yrs (the ones they ""lost"" were never late fyi - I noticed the check had not cleared and inquired).
I call in today and pay via CC, each and every time I am greeted by a snarling rep, oh, and forget your account number and request they look you up by address?
Apparently that is incredibly difficult, and believe me, they will let you know. LOL.
Pros: ???? Can't think of one.
