No towels, hairdryers, and when scale disappeared, would not replace. O.K. if you are self disciplined and want to pay to play. Staff is clic oriented and not truly caring for your success, just that you continue to show up and pay up. Machines nice and overall clean environment. 85 degrees outside and doors opened but a/c not turned on until late afternoon. Alot of salesmanship, but not much on people skills.
