I went in and office staff was a bit unfriendly. The doctor is very knowlegable. He gives you all possibilities. I had the surgery and I was extremely pleased with my results. My last check up appt. the receptionist had my folder out with my before picture stapled on it and had it up and open for all to see which embarrassed me terribly. I would go back because of the doctor only.
