Contrary to the first two reviews I found James fantastic at returning my calls and showing up on time. He was honest regarding what he could and could not do under our Frigidaire extended warranty. When Frigidaire agreed to send me the replacement part that James had already ordered he was willing to work with us on replacing the part with the one he ordered and coming back later to pick up the one that Frigidaire sent.
