Scott, Abby, Corey, not helpful. Nasty, don't listen. Faxed documentation doesn't matter. I have reported them and this agency to the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office. No one at I.R.R. seems to know who's in charge. Cannot or won't provide information to settle a dispute. I believe in Karma and you know what happens!
