On Sat I made an appointment with Elements Roofing to come out and give me a quote on a roof replacement. Ben showed up on time and put together a very complete estimate. I liked that he was honest with me about the real costs (the wood under the shingles would probably need replacing). He gave me a price and as he was leaving the second estimator showed up in a VW. didn't even get on the roof! What a difference in the professionalism between the two companies, I called Elements back and hired them. If the estimate was any indication of the work that they do I'm sure I'll be happy!
