I've had several experiences with rude employees at the Dallas location however the location is very convenient for me (Park Cities) so I have overlooked it in the past. Recently I missed a 9am wax appointment and received a rude and insensitive call from the spa. This was my first time to miss an appointment. My toddler son woke up with 103 temperature so my morning was filled with taking care of him and getting him medical treatment (he had croup & strep throat together). I forgot about my appointment. After I explained this to the man from the spa he told me I still should have called because they have had a technician waiting to do my leg wax. Well, my appointment was for a brow wax but not really the point. I apologized and told him I just forgot with all that was going on with my son (btw, my son was crying in the background of this phone call). They normally charge you 100% of the service if you don't cancel within 24hrs and he did wave this fee...THIS time as he stated many times. I would have gladly paid for the service if he could have been a little nicer about the situation. Instead he treated me like a bad child that he was doing a favor for by waving the fee. There are plenty of nice spas in Dallas and at this point I'm unwilling to be treated poorly by these people at Red Door. So they lost a customer of 10 years after this experience but I doubt they care. Pros: good location Cons: rude employees more
