I will never eat at Jo-Jo's. There was a bug in my gravy. I put it in my napkin and took it back to the counter. The manager said that if I had found it in the gravy it would be covered. I guess this was the only thing she could think of. I didn't want to cause problems so I told her to refund my money and I would let it go.
Pros: After finding roach . . .none
Cons: The manager even argued about the insect.
