Big O Tires fails once again. I swore never to come back here, but after new management I decided to give it a try, and Its obvious that nothing has changed.
I was price matched for tires, but with their hidden fee's they got all the money they could from me, and then some. I needed a new bearing for my front end, the noise was in the front, So they replaced my rear, and charged me $500. The part they replaced,, I never even saw, Big O is a joke. Manager Dan told me that noise transfers in the car, and when put on the lift, with the tires running free, there was no noise, well of course not, its a rear wheel drive car, the wheels wouldnt move. I usually work on my car by myself, but I told them fine, do it, if this will fix that noise in the front. Of course due to their incompetence I had to drive the car home with the noise, Than The ""top mechanic"" out of the bunch forgot to screw in my brake caliper, so I lost brake function in the rear. Big O is notorious for not putting screws in, and steeling your valve caps. Their ""computer tire balance"" is garbage, and outdated. Do yourself a favor, do not go to Big O Tires.
On an other occasion, The body Shop I work with contracted out some work to this god awful rip off, and I lost the entire front end of my car, due to them not putting back a bolt on the steering knuckle.
Pros: They get the work done fast, take your money quick too
Cons: Everything Else, Expensive, Incompetent
