KRJ manages our townhouse association. Unfortunately, their response to repair issues is completely sub-par, which is a great issue when you live at a property that is approaching its fourth decade. They are completely non-responsive to communication attempts, failing to return messages and seemingly rarely available to actually answer phone calls directly. Any work requests appear to disappear into a completely opaque workflow that makes no provisions to inform those impacted by the delays. Basically, they appear to lack any sort of customer service approach to their business.
