I had gotten three bids and theirs was competitive. I like the ""dries quickly"" thing especially in this part of the country. Don't call them if you want a quick job though, They were careful getting the equipment in and out and even put on booties over their shoes. My 4 year old carpet looked like new. This was its first cleaning since installed.
