These guys know their stuff. I've had carpets cleaned before and it doesn't look any different. When John came out he even got spots out of our kitchen carpet that had been there for years! This is not just a wand pusher....this guy knows carpets!
Pros: Got spots out others didn't
Cons: Now I can't buy new carpet. It looks like new!
