They signed us up and gave us our little starter book and basically let us figure what to do next. They made weak attempts to follow through only after we called. We were promised help with transferring over to a new credit card company and were supposed to get some new card readers too but that never happened. After months back and forth we cancelled. In the end they got away with charging us for months worth of monthly ""inactivity"" fees. We paid them for nothing except aggravation and a new expense category! Pros: Never got to find out Cons: Never followed through more
