I joined Burleson Boot Camp over a year ago. It's the absolute BEST! Krys and Sam are excellent trainers from the workouts to the nutrition. I really honestly don't know what I would do without boot camp. Even if you are busy and have your plate full, boot camp will give you the energy that you need to get thru the day. It's challenging and never boring!! I never thougth that I could do yoga/pilates but Krys incorporates it Boot Camp style and it's ""easy"". It's fun, challenging and the ladies of boot camp and Krys are always there to support you!!!
Pros: You feel great all day long, you gain lots of confidence
Cons: I can't think of any!
