Dr. Mathis was great for me. She always greeted me with a smile, reviewed my records, asked how I was doing, and answered my questions. Most of all, she gave me reassurance that everything was going as it should.
The waits at Kaiser were typical for Kaiser in any department. You get there on time, then wait about 20 minutes. I wish they would hire more doctors.
