I've been going to Changes for soooo many years and I will never go to another salon. I walk in and as soon as I'm in, the receptionist, the other stylists, and Gwen, my hair styllist are all smiles and greeting me like they are all truly my friends. I have been able to describe EXACTLY what I wanted and Gwen would work with me to make sure it fit my face, my color matched my skin tone... she would be honest and this is my ultimate recommendation... when I walked out of Changes with my new hair color and cut, I didn't comb it... I SWEAR... I went right out for the evening and didn't want to CHANGE a thing!! Please try it... I wish I could convince you.. but when you walk in you will see.
