Yes, they are often busy and may seem a bit brusque at first . . . but their fitters know what they're doing. For years I struggled with bras that really didn't fit properly and in one visit they helped me find one that was ""just right"" (to quote Goldilocks). I was particularly impressed with their ability to make adjustments (shorten a bone, add a dart) if needed.
