Great job. No one wants to have their appliance repaired, but if you have to, then definitely call Sub-Zero repair. They answer their phone promptly and courteously and they deliver on their promises by calling back and showing up when they say they will. They were able to diagnose the problem with my dryer quickly, locate the part, and get me back up and running in a couple of days. Their initial service call was $40., but that was put toward the total labor cost of replacing the broken part. They stand behind all their work and they are great to deal with!
