I have been a loyal customer for over 3 yrs, and today was turned away for being 9 minutes late... I understand that everbody needs to make money, but when you manage your appointments so tight that you can't stand to start an appointment 10 minutes late, there is a problem. The best salons and stylists know how to balance a schedule so that they are able to make a profit but still provide the best in customer service. I thought this was one of those places, but I was wrong. It's pretty sad too, because the skill of my particular stylist is very good. Not good enough for me to ignore such cruddy customer service, though.
Pros: consistent haircut/color, but that's not all that matters
Cons: overbooked schedules, rude employees, no loyalty
