I have never been to Sensia and have always heard horrible reviews from friends/family. I purchased a Groupon for a facial and thought I would give it a try. The receptionist was so rude on a number of occasions, that I actually requested a refund on my Groupon! I tried to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency and the receptionist threatened to ""void"" my Groupon if I ever tried to reschedule again. And, she actually argued with me!
