This is the worst company , and as everything in NOLA they are 'connected" so they get away with it. They rummage through your car without your consent before you get there, will not let you take pictures and will not let anyone else in the lot to help get your stuff out of the car. On top of being in an accident, having your car totalled and being in a world of pain, they steal your stuff and curse you out.... How do they have the contract for the city of Kenner????
