My children attend Ms. Laura's pre-school class. They enjoy the class and are comfortable with Ms. Laura. She greets us with a smile when we arrive. If she's having a bad morning, you'd never know it. It's important to me that my children be greeted in a positive, friendly manner. She's also very approachable. I feel comfortable expressing a concern to her regarding my children. I walk away feeling confident that she appreciates my concerns and will address them.
