I went to get a Viper 5901 alarm installed in two cars. After spending $2350 on two alarms and having two cars there for two full days each, my alarms still were not installed properly.
I had a windows module to roll up the windows installed, and my windows actually roll down when I set the alarm.
I can bang on the windows on both cars and the alarm does not even give a warning chirp.
I can hit my keys against the windows and the glass break sensor does not go off like it should.
My alarm does not go off when the trunk or hood is opened.
I had to take it to another shop to see what was wrong. They looked at the alarm and none of the wires are soldered... just taped together with butt connectors.
It is going to cost me an extra $300 per car to get these fixed.
Stay far, far away from Bonnie and Clyde.
I initially went there because of their good reviews... but look at the dates... they are all grouped together... clearly a sign of a business who has paid for reviews.
One guy that works there is cool... his name is 'AK'. The other brother ''Masen' or something is the one that actually runs the show and is about the shadiest person I have ever come across. Lots of promises and no action.
What a shame... you have been warned...
