: I need little explanation for Michelle to cut my hair perfectly every time. She always offers me water or coffee to make sure I'm comfortable before she starts. She is so sweet and was very understanding when I told her I needed go to the Aveda School for hair color. The minute I stepped through the doors I was immediately greeted by name & told I was checked in. The staff is always so friendly & fun! My experiences at The Conservatory have always been great, but this visit was beyond any expectation I could have imagined. I was so surprised when Karen offered to take care of my next 3 hair colorings, I was speechless. I've never had a business offer something so special & so caring in my life. I didn't even know what to say it was so appreciated. I felt surrounded by friends by the time I left - truly a place of refuge for relaxing & spending quality time. I love everyone at The Conservatory! You are all so special!
