Ok they didn't show up for the job on a Saturday for some unknown reason, but Ed called Monday and was very apologetic. Said this has never happened before. Will update this review when work is complete...I'm giving them another shot.
Pros: Seemed nice enough on the phone
Cons: Didn't show up, not open weekends, no cell phones
